A series of thematic dinners named after the italian expression used to define something “understimated”. The events are held in Biel/Bienne, where the guests – all sharing the same table – have the chance to discover the most authentic, not-mainstream and underrated products and recipes of the italian kitchen. Forget the celebrated “food-excellences”! Region by region, Sottogamba lead the guests on a gastronomical journey, discovering recipes and stories normally hidden and preserved between the walls of the italian houses. And, of course, the events are taking place on the most underestimated day… Monday! The informal and convivial atmosphere at Sottogamba has been illustrated by Miss Goffetown, in an ongoing series of drawings.
